Industrial Business

The Chillicothe Area Industrial Park (CAIP) is a fully developed, full-service industrial park. Utilities including water, sewer, natural gas and electricity, are installed in the park and are designed to provide adequate capacity now and in the future. Plus, industrial quality roads and railroad access are available.

Chillicothe, Missouri, has all the advantages of being a "city in the country." This Northwest Missouri community offers its residents all the amenities and facilities of a larger city while maintaining the advantages of "country life". As big city residents and businesses have tired of big city problems and overcrowding in the past decade, more people and industries have begun to "return to the land," including relocation to Chillicothe. This is the heartland of America where the work ethic and quality of life are strong, and the labor force is the backbone of solid industrial growth.
