May 1, booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Higher
booth fees will be charged after July 31. No refunds after July 15.

application and payment are received by May 1, 2007.

2006. Will receive at check-in.
Unloading assistance:
Unloading and loading assistance before and after the festival
is available. You
must prearrange and prepay for this help. The charge is $15 for 30 minutes.

consideration of being permitted to participate as an exhibitor at
the 2007 Chautauqua, the undersigned exhibitor releases the
Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chillicothe
Area Arts Council, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and
members (the "Released Parties") from liability for
damages or loss of any kind to any property of the vendor, during
the setup, take down, or during the period beginning at 3 p.m.
Friday, September 7 through Saturday, September 8, 2007, at
Simpson Park for Chautauqua in the Park, caused by whatever
reason, including the negligence of the Released Parties.
