HORNET PRIDE NIGHT

Calling All Local Businesses & Youth Supporters:
You are invited to be a part of the first-ever HORNET PRIDE NIGHT happening on Friday, October 20^th. What is Hornet Pride Night? It is a community-wide tailgate to bring businesses & locals together to support our youth, our future. Who doesn’t love a good tailgate with food, freebies and fun while showcasing your business? The entire community will be invited to come out prior to the Chillicothe Hornets Home Game & Senior Night to be a part of Hornet Pride Night. You will want your business there!
 
When:             Friday, October 20^th
                        Tailgate Set-up: 4:15-5:00pm
                        Open to the Public: 5:00-6:30pm
                        Senior Night Festivities at the Stadium: 6:30pm
                        Game Kick-off: 7:00pm
 
Where:            PAC Parking Lot at Chillicothe High School
 
Why:               To celebrate & support our youth while bringing the community together

Tailgate Info for Business & Organizations:
You will have a regular parking space plus room on each side to design your tailgate spot. Decorate it, have fun with it, put up a canopy, park a vehicle, whatever you choose! Keep in mind that you will not have access to electricity but can bring a generator, etc. if needed. Be interactive! Set up cornhole, washers or some other family-friendly tailgating game. We can’t wait to see what you come up with to display your business & have fun with the community.
 
Here are some promo ideas for your business to be a big hit at Hornet Pride Night with logo items such as temporary spirit tattoos, rally towels, cups, pompons, little footballs, stress footballs, flags, foam fingers, koozies, shirts & more.

All funds raised through HORNET PRIDE NIGHT will go directly to the Chamber Scholarship Fund which supports area youth as they embark on their future plans whether that includes college, trade school, apprenticeships, skilled training or entering the workforce.
